About Us
Who are we? Aimee is a Structural Engineer. Troy is a Software Developer. Neither of us is, in any way, shape or form, part of the food or beverage industry. Hence, amateurs. However, we take our hobbies to extremes and are serious about good cocktails and good food. It started 3 years ago when, on vacation and desperate to kill time, Aimee picked up a book on spirits, cocktails, and libations in a small Arizona town. Since then our library and taste for great drinks has only grown. As we explore the world of craft cocktails, our love for great food grows as well. We have always been foodies of a sort, but now we look for both exceptional food and cocktails. Lucky for us, we live in Atlanta, where craft cocktails and awesome food are booming.
